1. Data Privacy & Security Audits

ReinHost is committed to "Ironclad Security." To protect our network integrity and the IP reputation of our primary server, we monitor for irregular activity.

Automated Scanning: We reserve the right to scan for scripts performing unauthorized SMTP connections or high-volume mailing.
Forensic Access: In the event of a suspected breach on unmanaged plans like Advanced VPS, we may inspect system logs and directories to stop active malware or botnet activity.
Data Integrity: Files identified as malicious payloads (e.g., 1.8MB binary junk) are not considered protected data and will be purged immediately during an emergency response.

2. Refund Policy

At ReinHost, we provide high-performance NVMe solutions. Our refund policy is structured to prevent abuse of our professional infrastructure.

7-Day Money Back Guarantee: Standard for new accounts on Shared Hosting plans, provided no Terms of Service violations have occurred.
Unmanaged VPS/Dedicated/RDP: Due to the resource-intensive nature of these provisions, Advanced VPS and higher plans are eligible for refunds only in the case of verified hardware failure.
Non-Refundable Scenarios: No refunds will be issued if a service is suspended or terminated due to:
- Participation in Spamming or Phishing activity.
- Compromise due to weak Client-side passwords.
- Activity leading to server IP blacklisting.

NOTICE: Abuse of the server to relay malicious data or malware is a violation of our AUP and forfeits all rights to a refund.

3. Client Responsibilities

Backups: Unless on the "Ultimate" plan with Daily Backups, Clients are 100% responsible for off-site data retention.
Unmanaged Environments: Advanced VPS users are the sole administrators of their virtual boxes; ReinHost is not liable for data loss during Client-managed security incidents.
