2. Refund Policy

At ReinHost, we provide high-performance NVMe solutions. Our refund policy is structured to prevent abuse of our professional infrastructure.

  • 7-Day Money Back Guarantee: Standard for new accounts on Shared Hosting plans, provided no Terms of Service violations have occurred.
  • Unmanaged VPS/Dedicated/RDP: Due to the resource-intensive nature of these provisions, Advanced VPS and higher plans are eligible for refunds only in the case of verified hardware failure.
  • Non-Refundable Scenarios: No refunds will be issued if a service is suspended or terminated due to:
    • Participation in Spamming or Phishing activity.
    • Compromise due to weak Client-side passwords.
    • Activity leading to server IP blacklisting.
NOTICE: Abuse of the server to relay malicious data or malware is a violation of our AUP and forfeits all rights to a refund.
